Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid digital products sold by Beige Threat through Paddle Checkout.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for those purchases. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email contact@beigethreat.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference or transaction ID. Include a short description of the issue so it can be reviewed quickly.
Standard refund window
Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will generally be considered where the product does not function materially as described on a supported system and the issue cannot be resolved through support within a reasonable time.
Other cases where refunds may be offered
- duplicate purchases;
- accidental repeat charges;
- fraudulent purchases once reasonably verified;
- billing errors caused by a technical issue in checkout or fulfilment.
Cases where refunds may be refused
- you changed your mind after successfully receiving and using the product;
- the product works substantially as described on a supported system;
- the issue is caused by an unsupported host, operating system, or third-party environment outside the stated requirements;
- insufficient information is provided to identify and review the order.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact Beige Threat first before initiating a chargeback where possible. Most genuine order and product issues can be resolved faster through support or a direct refund request.
Consumer rights
This policy is intended as a practical summary and does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
