Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Beige Threat website and to downloads, plugins, license files, and related support made available through Beige Threat.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and download or purchase products only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer licensing or delivery systems except where the law does not allow that restriction, or use the site in a way that could damage the service for other users.

Purchases and checkout

Paid checkout is handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes payment, collects and remits applicable taxes, and issues the transaction records for those purchases.

When a purchase completes, Beige Threat may issue a license card or other download entitlement tied to the order details received from Paddle. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including your email address.

Licenses and downloads

Unless a different license is shown for a specific product, purchases and downloads are licensed, not sold. Your license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the scope described on the product page, inside the product, or in accompanying license materials.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share license files, or make the product available to third parties except where the product license explicitly permits it.

Free products

Free downloads in the Library may be offered under a separate content license. Where a separate license is shown, that license controls the permitted use of the free product.

Availability and changes

Products, prices, features, system requirements, and availability may change at any time. Beige Threat may update, replace, suspend, or stop offering any product or feature without notice.

Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Beige Threat does not guarantee response times, compatibility with every system, or that every issue can be resolved.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, product content, graphics, audio, software, and related materials remain the property of Beige Threat or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited rights needed to use the product under the applicable license.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Beige Threat does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the products will meet every requirement or workflow.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, Beige Threat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Subject to the paragraph above, Beige Threat's total liability arising from a paid purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

Consumer rights

These terms do not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent mandatory consumer law in your country of residence applies instead.
