Beige Threat Free Sounds License

The samples, instruments, and presets in the Beige Threat library (the "Sounds") are made available free of charge for use in your own creative work, subject to the terms below.

You can

• Use the Sounds in any musical or audiovisual work, in any medium, commercial or non-commercial.
• Modify, edit, layer, time-stretch, pitch-shift, resample, or otherwise process the Sounds.
• Use them royalty-free, in perpetuity, worldwide.

You cannot

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or repackage the Sounds, in their original or modified form, as samples, sample packs, sound libraries, preset packs, NFTs, or training data for machine-learning models.
• Use the Sounds in isolation as the sole or primary content of a release (e.g. uploading a single unmodified loop as a track).
• Claim authorship of the Sounds themselves, or use the Beige Threat name to imply endorsement of your work.

Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required. A credit such as "Sounds: Beige Threat / beigethreat.com" is welcome in liner notes or video descriptions.

No warranty

The Sounds are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Beige Threat is not liable for any damages arising from their use.
